The scientific work is devoted to improve of the results of early and differential diagnostics of cervical pathologies on a background of decreasing of frequency of the invasive methods at patients with genital endometriosis due to fluorescent spectroscopy. The frequency of the cervical pathology at patients that were opereted due to genital endometriosis was determined. Bining cervical pathology were determined at 72 %, cervical dysplasia - at 11,42 %, initial form of the clinical cervical cancer (stage I B) - 0,8 % of cases. The evidences of optical differentiation of the normal squamous epithelium, the epithelium in the cases of endocervicosis, cervical dysplasia, preclinical forms of a cervical cancer (Ca in situ, microinvasive cancer) and initial form of the clinically appiering of cervical cancer (stage I B) were obtained. The fluorescent spectroscopy allows verifying a degree of the cervical dysplasia and the preclinical forms of a cervical cancer (Ca in situ, microinvasive cancer) on a prebiopsycal stage and increases efficiency of the prebiopsycal diagnostics and reduces the necessary minimum of the biopsy's amount.
