Dissertation work is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects of providing of food safety of Ukraine.Complex research of theoretical and applied bases of food safety in Ukraine is conducted, features of providing of such safety in market countries. Its maintenance, structure, reality of threat, is shown.The executed research allowed to define efficiency taken measures from the side of central and regional organs of management and prepare methodical recommendations on providing of such safety.
