Logvinova M. Civil and familial-legal responsibility of parents for violations of the law committed by juveniles.

The thesis is devoted to the integrated research of legal relationships of civil and familial-civil responsibility of parents (persons who substitute them) for the violations of the law committed by juveniles. In the thesis the research results which solve a certain number of questions concerning the improvement of the legal regulations of the above mentioned legal relationships are stated. In this work the author analyses a circle of subjects, grounds and content of civil responsibility for violations of the law by juveniles. The limits of delictual vicarious liability of parents and juveniles are determined, familial-legal responsibility of parents is defined. The concept of familial-legal sanction is determined, and its main peculiarities are distinguished. Such types of familial-legal responsibility as deprivation of parental rights and taking away of a child from parents without deprivation of parental rights are analyzed in detail. A number of suggestions concerning alteration and additions to the civil and familial legislation of Ukraine are substantiated.
