Beregova Y. The peculiarities of the endometriosis course in female workers being in contact with small doses of volatile aromatizing hydrocarbon

The thesis is devoted to the problem of prognosis and treatment of external endometriosis by using laser correlation spectroscopy (LCS) and differential administration of criocord-C and biotrit-C. The investigations studies LCS the main indices of enzyme-endocrine state in female workers with external endometriosis of I-II degree depending on the duration effect of low doses of volatile aromatizing hydrocarbon (VAH). It is established that changes in enzyme-endocrine state do not depend on the stage of the disease and is mostly marked in long-term effect of low doses of VAH and existence of extragenital pathology. The study experimentally grounded clinical efficacy of the devised and introduced into practice complex method of prevention and treatment of female workers with external endometriosis of I-II degree. Its application promoted improvement of the immediate and remote results of treatment, normalization of indices of enzyme-hormonal state and resulted in improvement of reproductive results, increased quality of life of female workers with endometriosis.
