In the dissertation we have conducted investigations connected with the development of enterprises of meat industry in Cherkasy region, substantiated the necessity of their reconstruction and worked out strategies of providing their further effective functioning. The components of economic mechanism of the reconstruction has been considered as well as the peculiarities of their implementation in connection with the enterprises of meat industry in Cherkasy region. Main factors which influence the fluctuation of demand for the production of stock-breeding field were defined on the basis of corrective and regressive analysis. The forecasting of these factors enables to clearly define the amplitude and extremumes of fluctuations of demand which is very topical for enterprises of meat industry. We have formulated the approach to studying of a prospective model of enterprises of meat industry in the region, which will provide an effective development of the field. The economic, financial and credit mechanismis developed. It can provide effective mutual relations among enterprises of meat industry and bancs. Taking into consideration the conditions of economic development, we calculated forecasts of producing main types of meat products.
