Thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems connected with the usage of administrative agreement as a specific method of management activity by the state bodies of executive power. Special attention is paid to the granting the notion ‘administrative agreement’; its place in administrative law is defined; attention is also paid to the actuality of agreement in management activity of state bodies; analysis of agreement’s development in Ukraine and foreign countries is presented; historical and legal analysis is realized.
