Essay

The object of research is the change of user's peculiarities of apples in the process of continuous storage, processed by Chloride Calcium after harvesting. The aim of research is working out and grounding new ways increasing the change of apple fruits: of late terms of maturity in conditions of the Crimea. Methods of research - laboratory, mathematic statistic, organoleptic, economic comparative and calculative methods. Theoretical and practical results - the technology of long-term apple storage with the use of after harvesting procession by 4% water solution of Chloride Calcium and its continuous storage in boxes covered with polyethylene pellicle is improved. The Novelty - in conditions of the steppe-zone of the Crimea the efficiency of apple fruits storage processed by water solution of Chloride Calcium with its continuous storage in boxes covered with polyethylene pellicle with 40 mk thickness is determined; the high storage ability of properties and user's qualities during the whole period of storage under the influence of after harvesting procession by Chloride Calcium and storage in conditions of limited air access and moisture change is proved. The rate of instillation - the results of the research are inculcated into the joint-stock enterprise "Pobeda" of Nizhnehorsk Region Autonomous Republic of the Crimea. The field of using - regional recommendations of continuous apple fruits storage in study curricula in course of teaching "The technology of fruit storage".
