Dissertation is devoted development of theoretical positions and development of methodical recommendations on activation of investment-innovative activity of industrial enterprises.A concept and mechanism of realization of investment-innovative activity, its role, is in-process investigational in development of economy of the state, experience of government control of investment and innovative activity is generalized in Ukraine and abroad, basic problems, impedimental effective development of investment-innovative activity on the modern stage, are exposed. The use of concept of investment-innovative potential is offered, developed and approved method of his analysis. The level of the use of investment-innovative potential of economy of Ukraine, efficiency of forms and methods of adjusting of investment-innovative activity of industrial enterprises, is analyzed. Basic reasons of realization of investment-innovative activity are certain. Measures are offered on perfection of the control investment-innovative activity of industrial enterprises system, the characteristic features of drafting of business plans of investment-innovative projects are certain, recommendations are developed on their drafting and the method of analysis of indexes of business plan of investment-innovative project is improved.
