The Object: processes to transformations and developments domestic enterprise in condition crisis situation and bankruptcy. The purpose: motivation, development and introduction methdological toolbox nonlowers to crisis situation and bankruptcy machine-building enterprise by way to realization designed models of the discovery "early signal" of crisis and their preventions. Methods: expert ratings, interrogation and supervision, economic analysis. There are developed: recommendations on improvement managerial system preparation for emergency on enterprise; the methodical approaches to discovery early signal crisis; the development of the anticrisis program on each stage of the life cycle of the enterprise. Sphere of use: enterprises of machine-building branch.
