Tokman G. Psychodiagnostics and correction of personal disadaptations in miners aggrieved in emergency.

The dissertation presents research on a pool of 178 miners undergone emergencies in the coal mine and showing particular pre-nosologic manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorders, and of 100 family members contacting the sufferers. The study elicited that the miners injured in emergency, experienced psychological and psychopathological sub-clinical reactions of disadaptation; similar reactions were observed in members of their families (48.3 %). For victims themselves, among the most frequent manifestations of such reactions were depressive, dissociative, disruptive reactions and hypochondria; while in their families the anxiety reaction and paranoid reaction prevailed. The obvious trend was educed regarding the stage character of psychological and psychopathological reactions passing depending on the length of time that lapsed after the emergency. To correct the emerging inter- and intra-personal conflicts, the use of such techniques as gestalt-therapy and neurolinguistic programming were provedto be effective. It enabled us to develop the psycho-correction program; its implementation effected 84.3 % recovery of victims' social activity.
