Shevtsova S. Organizational-technological substantiation of heightening the efficiency of managing with building machines' park

Machinery park in the administration system of a building firm. Improvement of a building machinery park management process on the basis of organizational-technological and cost efficiency criteria. Research methods are the ones of mathematical statistics, theory of probability, investment analysis and management of projects. There are determined the factors, showing the types of wear of machines. There have been suggested science-systematic approaches to evaluation of efficiency of managing decisions, which are concerned to replenishment and using of a building firm’s machinery park. The results of scientific investigation are implemented at Building & Designing Company “Reconstruction and Development Trust” Ltd. and at CJSC “Autoport” (Dnepropetrovsk). Economic result of applying this work made 104.7 ths. hr. Sphere of use are the enterprises - owners of building machines parks.
