The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the peculiarities of preeclampsia (PE) course of pregnant women depending on unspecific resistance of their organism, influence of initial condition of pregnant women on the marked stress-reaction after cessarean section (CS) and peculiarities of the course of restorative processes in the postoperative period, mechanisms of lowintensive lazer irradiation (LILI) action for its differential administration in complex rehabilitation of puerperas with preeclampsia. The peculiarities of PE have been distinguished in pregnancy and after CS in hypo- and hypergic reactivity according to the indexes of vagosympathetic balance and content of stress-inducing and stress-limiting hormones. In the experiment in vitro it was revealed the direction of LILI action on the blood with the aim of definition of indications for the administration of the methods to the puerperas with PE. The differential aproach to the administration of LILI allows to increase the efficacy of rehabilitative measures in puerperas with PE after CS.
