Manuscript devotes to solvering on of the actual question in obstetrics to reduce the rate of complication during pregnancy and labour in women with recidive genital herpes (RGH) by performing of methodologic approach to the treatment choice. The peculiarities of clinical pregnancy duration and labour in women with RGH on the base of immunologic, haemostational and functional studying. Four more informative indicates compost the types formula of immunologic disorders in pregnant with RGH. Practical recommendation of treatment for pregnant with RGH were including (plasmapheresis using, intravenous infusion immunoglobulins, interferon (viferon), anticoagulants and antiagregants, local antiviruses treatment) carried out. These treatment leaves to normalization of immune system, to reduction of gestational complication and the rate of reproductive loses.
