Object of research: economic mechanism of formation and functioning of rape market and products of its processing. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of theoretic-methodological bases of the economic mechanism of formation and practical aspects functioning of rape market and products of its processing, definition of roads and directions of its improvement. Methods: dialectic, abstract-logic, statistical groupings, economic-mathematical modelling, monographic, graphic, the index and factorial analysis, balance. Theoretical and practical results: directions of improvement of the economic mechanism of functioning of rape market and products of its processing are certain. Opportunities of the expanded application of products of processing rape in updating power resources in an agricultural production are proved. The regional raw zone of manufacture rape on the basis of use intensive resources protecting technologies is generated. Scientific novelty: tendencies of change of parity between structural elements of rape market and products of its processing in Carpathian economic region are revealed and certain organizational-economic forces which influence escalating of volumes and increases of production efficiency; the control system and functioning integrated oil producting rape associations is advanced. A degree of introduction: development and offers are used by the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, Central administrative boards of an agriculture and the foodstuffs Chernovtsy and Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administrations, association "Ukrokiyaprom".
