The thesis is denoted to the contemporary surgery problem - surgical treatment and postoperative adjustment of patients with traumatic injuries of terminal departments fingers of hand. Object – surgical treatment and postoperative adjustment of patients with traumatic injuries of terminal departments fingers of hand; novelty – thesis determined such concepts as “terminal department finger of hand” and “defect of terminal department finger of hand”, developed classification of traumatic defects of terminal departments fingers of hand; substantiated indications and contraindications to regenerative surgery; there have been developed new tactical variants for use of different methods of surgical treatment depending on severity and region of injury, concomitant injuries and age of the patient; the first time during postoperative period protocol plan of aftertreatment was applied to this group of patients; investigated blood circulation characteristics in different kinds of transplanted flaps; terms and a degree of sensitivity and functions restoration; treatment results estimation procedure development, analysis of possible errors and complications and offers means for their prophylaxis and correction; branch – medicine.
