Object of the study: Surgical menopause. Purpose of the study: To improve the outcome of treatment and prevention of menopause syndrome and musculoskeletal system pathology in women with surgical menopause. Methods of the study: Clinical, biochemical, and hormonal, instrumental, statistical methods. Practical significance: New pathogenetic links of menopausal syndrome development and its complications were revealed. A new complex differentiated tactics for prevention and treatment of menopause syndrome and disorders of the musculoskeletal system in women with surgical menopause was worked out and substantiated. The use of the developed program for prevention and treatment of menopause syndrome and pathology of the musculoskeletal system with the consideration of the vegetative state correction allowed to optimize the result of therapeutic pre-ventive measures and improve the quality of life of the women with surgical menopause. Novelty of the obtained results: Based on the findings of modern methods ofinvestigation, correlation of vegetative state impairment, in particular hyperventilation syndrome and sympathicotonia and development of menopause and osteopenic syndromes were studied in women with surgical menopause. On the example of women with surgical menopause, the characteristics of osteopenic syndrome development and its correlation with other impairments of the musculoskeletal system, i.e. osteoporosis, osteochondrosis, hip-sacral syndrome were studied for the first time. A new concept of menopause syndrome development and disorders of the musculoskeletal system main pathogenetic links of which are disorders of vegetative nervous system in women with surgical menopause was worked out and substantiated scientifically. For the first time, a program of complex prevention and treatment of MPS and disorders of the musculoskeletal system in women with surgical menopause with the consideration of correction of hyperventilation syndrome and other impairments of the vegetative state was developed. For the first time, expediency of tissue therapy (implantation of cryopreserved placenta tissue) in complex therapy of musculoskeletal diseases complicating menopausal syndrome in women with surgical menopause was proven. Introduction: The findings of the research were introduced into the training program of Kharkiv State Medical University. The findings of the research were introduced into the work of maternity hospital No. 5 (Kharkiv), Institute of General and Urgent Surgery (Academy of Medical Science of Uktraine), Institute of Pathology of Spine and Joints (Academy of Medical science of Ukraine), Kharkiv regional Clinical Hospital. A patent based on the findings of the research " A method of prevention and treatment hip-sacral syndrome and osteoporosis" (No. 70621A) was obtained.
