Dissertation is devoted to the questions of a treatment efficacy of patients with postgonorrheal lesions of urogenital tract and other urogenital infections combined with secondary infertility, based on the data of etiologic factors of inflammatory process, specific features of spermogram, adrenal system, vegetative, endocrine and immune status of 88 infertile males. The algorithms of a complex etiologic and pathogenetic therapy including the use of antihomotoxic medicines and immunomodulators are worked out. The recommendations at the choice of tactics of treatment are given.
