Hrodets’kyi V. Prevention of early postoperative complications оf traumatic hepatic injuries of pie-inflammatory character (experimental a clinical- research).

The dissertation deals with a topical problem of preventing and treating pyoinflammatory complications in case of traumatic liver injuries at an early stage of the postoperative period. An experimental study has been carried out on 140 mongrel dogs, studying the effect of suture material (Vicryl, Dexone, Capromed, Catgut) on the hepatic tissue in case of its traumatic lesion and a new treatment mode of treating liver injuries in combination with the technique of intratissue electrophoresis recommended by the author has been also approved for the purpose of preventing pyoinflammatory complications at an early stage of the postoperative period. The optimal suture material (based on the studies carried out by the author) with traumatic injuries of the liver is Vicryl and the elaborated mode of treatment of pyoinflammatory complications has made it possible to decrease its number at an early stage of the postoperative period.
