Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to a study of the heart cholinergic regulation peculiarity in sexual nonmature rats with experimental hypothyroidism. It has been determined correlation between cholinergic and adrenergic parts of vegetative nervous system tonus disturbances due to increasing hypothyroid state intensity. The increasing of parasympathetic impulsion has the decisive importance in reorganization of vegetative heart regulation. The intensіvity of cholinergic vagal nerves influences to heart increases with simultaneously cholinoreceptors sensitivity decreasing in case of hypothyroidism. Increasing of vagal heart influences effectiveness connects with increasing of acetylcholine content in myocardium in case of hypothyroidism. Higher choline acetyltransferase activity is cause of this state especially in atrial myocardium which connects with hydrolysis increasing.
