Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of not planned pregnancy and by-effects of various methods of contraception at women with neurocirculare astenia on the basis of complex studying endocrinological the status, vegetative nervous system and microbiocenose vaginas, together with development of a technique mixted uses of hormonal contraceptives and medicamentous correction. For the first time influence of various methods of contraception at neurocirculare astenia on a functional condition of vegetative nervous system is investigated. It has allowed patogenetical to prove, offer and introduce a complex method of contraception at women with neurocirculare astenia. Advantages and lacks intrauterine and hormonal methods of contraception that allows practical doctors to carry out an individual approach to a choice of this or that method of contraception are shown. Quality monitoring behind efficiency of various methods of contraception with use functional, endocrinological and microbiologicalparameters are offered.
