Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the topical problems of making theoretical, methodological and organizational decisions in formation and management of commodity policy in the marketing system of wholesale enterprises. In this dissertation there were analyzed the role and functions of wholesale enterprises under market economy conditions; enlightened the determining ways of reforms in this sphere; defined the main factors of commodity policy of the wholesale enterprises; offered the system of effectiveness evaluation indices, and the method of its calculation. Also there was shown the role, place and functions of marketing service in the wholesale enterprise; there were elaborated recommendations as to its improvement. In the dissertation there were defined the main trends of improvement the commodity policy management in the marketing system and the strategic aims of the enterprise. There were suggested the methodological ways of its formation and elaborated recommendations as to the defining the strategic zone of enterprise management and improvement of the marketing investigations of the household commodities market
