Essay

The object is the national law adaptation process to the European Union law. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the public administration improvement mechanisms main directions of the national law adaptation process to the European Union law on the basis of the analysis of the new countries members of the European Union. The methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, comparative analysis, historical. The newness is that for the first time the mechanisms of the national law adaptation process to the European Union law have been scientifically highlighted, they include - legal, institutional and resource that includes staff, information and financial provision; it has also been stated that two models of the public administration of the national law adaptation process to the European Union law exist: centralized and decentralized. The results are that the common traits of the law process planning in the direction of the national law adaptation process to the European Unionlaw to acquis communautaire in countries candidates have been formulated; the scientific justification of the main directions of the improvement of the legal, institutional and resource mechanisms of the law adaptation in Ukraine have found their further scientific development.
