Kovalyshyna N. The interaction of female public organizations with the government bodies as the factor of realization of gender policy in Ukraine

The object is the development of female public organizations in the context of creation of modern state gender policy in Ukraine. The objective is the theoretical and metodological basis of interaction of female public organisations with the government bodies as a factor of effective realisation of gender policy in Ukraine at the contemporary stage of state building. The methods are systematic, structural-functional, specifically-historical, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, axiomatization, analogy, construction, comparative, abstraction, classification, combination of critical and rational, expert evaluation. The newness is that the features, the periodization of formation and development of the female movement in Ukraine have been opened, the basic models of activity of the modern female public organisations in Ukraine have been conceptually allocated and analysed. The results are that thefactors of developement of the female movement in the regions of Ukraine have been investigated and their influence on demokratization of the gender policy at a local level of authority is determined; the mechanisms of interaction of governmental and public female organizations cocerning the formation and optimization of the gender parity policy have been advanced; the ways of optimization of the endowment of female social movement to the processes of formation of a civil society in Ukraine are offered.
