Travyanko A. Development of Small Business Enterprises and Their Cooperation with Local Self-Government Authorities

The object is the local government organs regulatory activity system that is interconnected with the development of small enterprises on the regional level. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the methodological backgrounds and practical tasks of the small enterprises development in the interaction with the local government organs. The methods are analysis, synthesis, historical and economic, statistical raw of dynamics, comparative analysis, expert assessment. The newness is that for the first time the main factors of the local organs activisation that influence the interaction with the subjects of the small enterprise have been scientifically investigated and proved. The results are that the order of the local government organs and small enterprises interaction on the example of the Kirovogradsky region has been suggested; the public administration system by the local government in the sphere of small enterprises that is aimed to the development of the "the only office"for the subjects of the economic activity to start business has been scientifically improved.
