The dissertation is dedicated to the questions of increase the effectivity in the treatment of the patient with bacterial and thrichomonadic urethritis. New facts that were received about the possibility of usage urethral sticks with polyhexametylengua-nidin phosphates in the treatment of bacterial and thrichomonadic urethritis. In the ex-perience was grounded and elaborated the new soft treatment form.In the dissertation is present the comparative appraisal of the traditional and new methods. Investigations of immunological status and analysis (before and after treatment) were conducted. The new method is more preferable to the traditional method.This allow to consider that the new elaborating method is an effective choice in the treatment of the patients with bacterial and thrichomonadic urethritis.
