Purpose: development of scientific-methodical bases and practical recommendations for the improvements of processes of byudgetirovaniya of money facilities in the system of management by an enterprise. It is offered: conception of byudgetirovaniya of money koshey, in the basis of which principles of system paradigm in an economy and protsesnogo approach to the budgetary planning and control of cash flow, which allow to make grounded decisions in relation to the financial resources of enterprise lie; organizationally - economic mechanism of byudgetirovaniya of money facilities, which is founded at the level of maturity of processes of byudgetirovaniya, principles, systems approach and allows to promote economic efficiency of financial management;; complex of models of planning of items of budget with the use of function reverse to production, that enables to ground the volumes of money charges and more effectively handle the streams of money facilities.
