Bogonos L. Differential approaches to the treatment of functional stress-induced galactorrhea in preserving of the women reproductive health.

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a significant medico-social problem - investigation of adaptogenic mechanisms of the development of functional stress-induced galactorrhea and elaboration of differential approaches to its treatment depending on the stage of disease advancement.Patients with FGs were divided into three groups according to the stage of development of the disease. On the basis of investigation of the main hormones (T3, T4, TTH, hydrocortisone, FSH, LH), congenital and acquired cellular and humoral immunity, level of cyclic nucleotides and nitric oxide in the serum of blood, we have revealed: decrease of level of the adaptogenic hormones (hydrocortisone, FSH, LH) under study and fluctuations of prolactin level. The immunodeficiency syndrome was detected in the group of patients with FGs2, conditions for the development of autoimmune syndrome - in the group with FGs3 at the background of progressing refractivity of the "secondary messenger" system of cyclic nucleotides with the loss of nitric oxide regulatory properties. On the basis of our research differential approaches to the treatment of FGs have been proposed (FGs1 - deprim, FGs2 - deprim, polyoxydonium, FGs3 - deprim, bromcryptin).
