Essay

The subject of research relates to the processes of development and forming of the tomato yield depending on the kind of hybrid, way of bush forming and quality of seedling. The goal of this Thesis is the search of ways of capacity increasing of tomatoes in winter-spring crop rotation of hydroponics greenhouses and getting of high-quality early vendible product. The methods are the analysis of the literature, vegetative experiments, laboratorial analysis and statistical methods of analysis of investigation results. The novelty is that it is the first time when in conditions of the fourth light zone of Ukraine peculiarities of plant grows and development are grounded on the base of fulfilled estimation of new indeterminate heterodyne tomato hybrid in winter-spring crop rotation of hydroponics greenhouses, economic effectiveness of their growing is determined. The hybrid with the highest crop capacity and quality of tomatoes has been selected. High production of heterodyne hybrids of Ukrainian selectionis proved. The variants of bush forming by leaving of the extra sprouts are chosen. Investigation results: practical importance of the received results is in possibility of introducing such hybrids of Ukrainian breeding as Alla 2 F1 and Holubka F1 and a hybrid of Netherlands' breeding Kunero F1 to production in winter-spring crop rotation of the greenhouses. Plant forming due to extra sprout contributed to getting of the highest capacity. Branch: agriculture, vegetable growing.
