Essay

The thesis deals with a task important for domestic economic science development as well as for launching and management of enterprises. The efficiency increasing ways of economic strategy formation of food-processing enterprises innovative development are defined, stated out and proved in the thesis. The efficiency increasing mechanisms of the mentioned processes regulation on state, field and microeconomic levels are proposed. The theoretical and methodological basis of formation of economic strategy of innovative development on the enterprise level is developed in the research work. The estimation of innovative activities and strategies of food processing enterprises are done and analyzed. The basis strategic management of food-processing enterprises innovative development is substantiated. Scientific approaches to formation of economic strategy of food-processing enterprises innovative development perform the scientific novelty of the received results in the present conditions of economic market transformation.
