Chernetska O. Constitutional - Legal Status of Local Rada Deputies in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of constitutional-legal status of local rada deputies in Ukraine. The author has revealed the definition of local rada deputy, has given its definitive characteristic by essence, content and form. The definition of constitutional - legal status of local rada deputies is formulated in the thesis, structural elements of constitutional - legal status of local rada deputy is characterized, the interdependence between some structural elements is investigated. Functions and criterions of their classification, commission, rights and obligations, organizational - legal forms of realization of functions and commissions, responsibility and guarantees of local rada deputy are determined and analyzed. Propositions as to the improving of constitutional - legal status of local rada deputy are produced on the basis of effective legislation.
