Protcenko V. Formation and development of the corporative structures in agrarian production

The object of the study is development of the corporative processes and the forms to economic activity of the associations in agroindustrial production. The purpose of the study: clarification of the theoretical essence and motivation organizing-economic base of the creation and developments of the corporative forms agrarian production and increasing to its competitiveness on inwardly state and interstate market. The method: monographic, distractedly-logical, accounting-constructive, statistician-economic. Theoretical and practical results: consist in scientifically-methodical motivation to essence of the corporative forms agroindustrial production and systems organizing-economic mechanism of their creation and operation. Scientific novelty: for the first time: is motivated order of the regulation organizing-economic relations in corporative shaping, directed on ensuring the economic interest their subject in the general production activity; they are advanced: methodical approaches of the shaping organizing-economic mechanism of the creation and operating the corporative forms agrarian production toward expansion organizing and technician-technological participation subject to general activity; it is complemented: system production and financial factors of the determination to cost-performance of the operation agroindustrial concern "Колос" as the forms to organizations corporative production. The degree of the introduction: results to thesis's are introduced in facilities of the Kiev area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will assist shaping the corporative structures in agroindustrial sphere of the Ukraine. Sphere, range of usage: agroindustrial production of the Ukraine.
