Telenko O. Ulster Troubles in the Politics of Great Britain.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of British politics on the settlement of the Ulster Troubles. The essence, preconditions of appearing, phases of evolution and aspects of the Troubles are found out, political forces of Northern Ireland are distinguished and classified in the dissertation. The author researches development and achievements of the politics of the British government in Ulster in constitutional and socio-economic spheres, education and security during 1968-2005. The evolution of Anglo-Irish dialogue on the Ulster Troubles and the influence of the USA and international organizations on the politics of Great Britain on the solution of Northern Ireland problem have been analyzed.
