Object: patients with toxic cardiomyopathy (TCM) and acute myocardial infarction (MI) being engaged at heals-damaged work. Aim: to take out clinical course peculiarities, immune changes, structural, functional and morphological disorders of the myocardium by TCM and MI connection. Xenobiotics as etiologic factor for TCM origin was established. Course peculiarities, cardiac remodeling, disorders of immunity, lipid specter, blood monocytes ultrastructuructure, heavy metal in the blood by TCM and MI connection were studed.
