Pashchenko S. Differential approach to rehabilitation of women reproductive function after surgical endoscopic treatment for tuboovarian masses of different etiology.

Scientific work is devoted to studies of features of reproductive function rehabilitation in women after surgical endoscopy for tuboovarian masses of different etiology, based on results of clinical studies, functional, endocrinological, and immunological peculiarities, development and introduction of differential approach to treatment, prophylactic and rehabilitation. Comparable aspects of reproductive function restoration were studied after surgical endoscopy for tuboovarian masses of different etiology. We established the role of disturbances of endocrinological status, systemic immune response, non-specific resistance and microbiocenosis of vagina in etiology of reproductive function disturbances after surgical endoscopy for tuboovarian masses of different etiology. We established a connection between clinical, endocrinological, immunological and microbiological changes in patients before and after surgical endoscopy for tuboovarian masses of different etiology. Established basic clinical peculiarities and structure of operative treatment indications for tuboovarian masses of different etiology. We established an influence of different amount of endoscopy for restoration of reproductive function. We proposed methods for clinical control of early and late period after surgical treatment in women for tuboovarian masses of different etiology. We developed and introduced into clinical practice an algorithm of diagnostic, treatment, prophylactic and rehabilitation measures concerning the decrease in reproductive function in women with tuboovarian masses of different etiology.
