Ivanyshyn N. The Lexical Means of the Implicitness Formation in the Dramaturgic Text (on the Material of the Ukrainian Drama of the Beginning of the 20th Century).

In the thesis the theoretical questions connected with the definition of the implicitness category are settled, the main features of the latency as a linguistic phenomenon are distinguished, the implicit-oriented peculiarities of the dramaturgic text are analyzed, the specificity of the implicitness actualization in the drama texts of the beginning of the 20th century is traced. On the basis of the in-depth study of the facts the linguistic means of the implicitness expression at the lexical level were outlined, their functional load in the dramaturgic text formation, creation and decoding was clarified. Thus, the implicational-connective, associative-activative functions as well as the function of the broadening of the denoted object's notional extent in the best way reveal the implicit potential of the associative and emotionally-marked linguistic units in the dramaturgic text; the receptive-focal, expressive, delimitative-figurative functions are inherent to the occasional constructions in the drama; in the dramaturgic text the pronouns and deictic constructions perform the plot-intensifying, antinomical and dialogic-progressive functions; changeable-thematic and action-directing functions essentially reflect the interjections and particles latent direction in the drama text structure; the inner form of the word as one of the independent means of the implicitness formation in the dramaturgic text possesses the conflict-oriented and creative-discursive functions
