Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of features of the status of teenagers with various vertebral pain syndromes. It is established, that the occurrence of vertebral pain syndromes at teenagers is based on the following static and dynamic changes: a carriage distortion, functional blockades of vertebral disks, spinal hypermobility, infringements in teenager's muscular system, accompanying vegetative dystonic syndromes. Functional and structural changes vertebral segments, a condition cerebral hemodynamic, a role of the emotional factor in development of vertebral pain syndromes in teenagers are in details investigated. The revealed features of current have allowed to develop system of pathogenetic correction of the revealed infringements with application of the differentiated myofascial manual therapy.
