Samokhvalova V. Phenotypic markers of congenital anomalies of brain vessels.

The dissertation is devoted to studying of phenotypic and biochemical markers for patients with congenital anomalies of brain vessels. It is established, that at patients with anomalies of cerebral vessels phenotypic displays are distinct from a phenotype, typical for the congenital genetically determined pathology of connective tissue. The plural small anomalies of development having various regional presentation are observed. At patients with arterial aneurysms of brain high frequency of arterial hypertensia is observed; disturbances of lipid metabolism of atherogenic character in a combination with hypocoagulation in the system of hemostasis. Also excessive degradation of collagen and increased catabolism of proteoglycanic complexes of intercellular substance of connective tissue is marked.In the group of patients with congenital anomalies of brain vessels of unaneurysmal nature high frequency of arterial hypertensia, disturbances of lipid metabolism and hypercoagulation in the system of hemostasisare revealed.
