Essay

The vibropress with the dual-frequency vibrodrive puncheon for shaping concrete ware was elaborated in the thesis. The posed tasks were solved by the creation of the new compact vibroexciter, generating two frequencies. The dual-frequencies vibration exciter structural layout was substantlated and implemented. The consecution and the impact utility of the two frequencies on the treated mixture was determined. The algorithm and the engineering principles of the vibropress with a dual-frequency vibrogear parameters calculation, providing the required indexes of concrete mix compression were elaborated. The comparison of the results of the analytical and experimental researches of the matrix and plunger vibrodisplacement meanings, their slippage at different vibration exciter operating modes and static cantledge were carried out. The divergence of the results composes the size of order 6...7%. The dual-frequency vibration exciter structural layout, which novelty was confirmed by the patent of Ukraine wassubstantlated and implemented. The work result were applied by the construction firm of "TMM Ltd." Kharkiv.
