3. Object - process of forming, becoming and progressing of the market of agricultural purpose lands and its infrastructure at regional level. The purpose of study - mining of theory-methodological bases and substantiation of practical aspects of forming and mining of an infrastructure of a formal market of agricultural purpose lands both on national, and on regional levels. Methods - systems analysis, synthesizing, monographic, historical, mathematical treating of statistical data, economic-statistical, calculated-constructive. Novelty - development of a complex of idealized and methodical positions, recommendations, conclusions concerning forming the effective dodge of the land market in the Kiev region. Results - theory-methodical approaches concerning the organization of functioning of system of the land market will assist progressing of the theory and practice of economic researches; the designed methodical approaches of an estimation of buying power and land deficit will allow to improve processof forming of market prices for the land lots.
