Blagko M. Employment and motivation of labour in an agrarian sphere

Object of research: socioeconomic relations which influence the employment in agrarian sphere; objective: studying the motives of the employment of population in agriculture in the conditions of transformation period; methods: system analysis, functional analysis and classification-analytical method, economical-statistic methods, sociological method; theoretical and practical results: the results of investigation enrich the science of economics with new regulations as to working out and grounding the mechanism of motivation of the employment of population in the agrarian sphere; scientific novelty: a model of the mechanism of motivation of population employment in agriculture is worked out, rating of the motives of employment is given, approaches to the organization of keeping work record are improved; additional functions of employment centers are substantiated; degree of inculcation: results have been used in two scientific papers, by the Sociology Association of Ukraine, Uman District Centre of Employment, agricultural enterprises; sphere of use: Economics of agriculture.
