3. The research object is economical mechanisms of formation of effective material stimulation system in agricultural enterprises of different forms of business and proprietorship. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is formed of the following components: dialectical method of knowledge and complex approach towards the study of economical process in agricultural production, legislation, scientific heritage of domestic and foreign economists dealing with the issues of material stimulation of labor, general principles of complex scientific research. The special research methods which were used in the research are the following: historical and economical analysis, monographic, statistical and economical, abstract and logical, comparison, calculation and modeling, graphical. The scientific novelty of achieved research results lays in the complex research of theoretical and applied aspects of material stimulation of agricultural labor under the conditions of market relations formation.The achieved results form the scientific background for solving the problems of improvement of the agricultural labor material stimulation system. The mechanisms of wage regulation, as well as the major ways of agricultural enterprise income formation and distribution under market conditions are substantiated.
