Essay

The theses include the results of clinical-neurological, psychological and instrumental methods of investigation of gynecological patients with various presentation of peripheral vegetative nervous system disorders. Peculiarities of vegetative dysfunction in this contingent of patients were identified; these included specific pain pattern which featured irritative focuses on different levels of pain afferentation. Tendency to paroxysmal character of pain phenomena was noted. Systematic treatment combination for management of visceral vegetative disorders was developed, including a complex of pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy and peloidotherapy. The benefit of this regimen was shown that compared pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy and peloidotherapy is much better then a single physiotherapeutic, peloid or medication management
