Chubar O. Clinical and pathogenetic a substantiation of the new approaches to complex therapy of the patients with rosacea

For the first time, using neuronetwork modeling methods was obtained a mathematical forecasting models evaluating the efficiency of the "nearest" and "remote" therapy results for treating patients with rosacea. Treatment was based on patient's age, degree of overall appearance and level of clinical appearance of dermatose, its accompanying pathology and method of treatment. It has been proved, for the first time, that patients with rosacea the infringements microbiocenosis of intestines, most expressed are established authentic increase microbial spread on the patient's skin, at papula and pustula of a dermatoses stage. It was noticed a correlation between a stage of disease and microbial spread on the patient's skin as well as between the degree of dysbacteriosis and stage of disease. It has been revealed that patients with rosacea are sustaining a certain level of metabolism, i.e. activation lipoperoxidation, reduction of antiradical protection, vivid endogenic intoxication and their role in pathogenesis of dermatoses. There was developed and pathogenetically proved the method of treating the patients with rosacea with application of ozone and probiotics.
