Dissertation is devoted to the assessment of initial state of the systems of supply, distribution and consumption of oxygen and cognitive functions state in elderly patients with diseases of gastrointestinal organs, to efficacy of different perioperative hemodilution variants while performing y organ- truncating surgical interventions gen debts” in early post-operation period and does not allow to fulin abdominal surgery in elderly patients, choice of the most optimal variant. It was revealed that the use of HVHD leads to a situational inadequacy of DO2-VO2 metabolic pattern with the development of “oxyly rule out donor blood preparations for the correction of gas-transporting function. Traditional ANH is not able to provide development of timely adaptation to hypoxia with presence of a marked heart failure. It was determined that advanced acute normovolemic hemodilution (AANH) with perftoran use provides development of an early reparative regeneration, which is situationally associated with progression of the processes, stabilization of DO2-VO2.
