Object – 119 patients by the transitory ischemic attacks arterial hypothonia background and 15 healthy persons. Purpose – determination of criteria of early clinical and biochemical-pathogenetic changes, degree with violation of cerebral vessels tone at the transitory ischemic attacks arterial hypothonia background for the rise of efficiency of therapy patients with the given pathology by the inclusion to the medical complex of Cerebrum compozitum and Cocarboxylaza. The methods were – clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunofermental, ultrasonic. The novelty – the developed criteria of early diagnostics of transitory ischemic attacks arterial hypothonia backgroun, the trained features of their clinical displays, the set role of dynamics of tone of cerebral vessels (arterial and vein) and some biochemical ingredients (oxide of nitrogen and endotelin-I) in the clinical displays of disease; the first developed differentiated approach to medical treatment of transitory ischemic attacks arterial hypothonia background with the use of preparations, that own an antigomotoxyc effect. The results – was ground expedience of the united application of antigomotoxyc preparation of Cerebrum compozitum with remedy of classic pharmacopoeia at the transitory ischemic attacks; it is developed and the method of medical treatment of patients is inculcated in an educational process and practical medicine by the transitory ischemic attacks with the use of preparations of Cerebrum compozitum and Cocarboxylaza.
