Mysechko O. Pedagogical technology of forming up the skills of future borderguard officers service communication

The state of the problem in psychological and pedagogical literature and in officers stuff practice has been analysed. Contradictions, forms and peculiarities of the process mentioned above have been determined. Criteria and indices of estimating efficiency of service communication of cadets-borderguards have been improved. Efficiency of the pedagogical technology of forming up the skills of future borderguard officers service communication has been worked out and checked experimentally. The technology is realized under the following pedagogical conditions: subjects curricula and study plans improving; teaching methodics improving; taking into consideration social and cultural peculiarities of foreign countries’ representatives in forming up the skills of service communication of cadets-borderguards. Methodic recommendations on service communication in professional activity for cadets-borderguards have been worked out.
