The object - is the process of hydrodynamic sorting of combine-harvested tomatoes by means of hydrosorter in the line of their revision; the purpose - is the improvement of high-quality characteristics and efficiency increasing of tomatoes sorting line operations by means of optimization of structural and technological parameters and operations conditions; methods are hydrodynamical, heat engineering, theoretical mechanics and mathematical ones; the novelty - for the first time the results of research of sort tomatoes properties, structural and technological parameters and hydrosorter operations modes, the influence of usage in it the designed air flow divider on the quality of tomatoes sorting in the line of their revision are obtained; the result - the theoretical models of tomatoes coming to the surface in liquid stream including in air saturated dispersed layer of sorting line hydraulic pan are designed, the most suitable for hydrosorting tomatoes varieties are defined; the connection between design air flow divider and main parameters and operations modes of hydrosorter of tomatoes line according to their maturity degree are determined; the area of application - research and higher education institutions, processing enterprises.
