The dissertation is devoted to an estimation and trade-off of the intensive care hepatosplanchnic ischemia and its of consequences for damaged with a polytrauma. The researches are conducted for 85 damaged with has a polytrauma, for estimation of efficiency empirically reoxygenation of systemic effect in 55 damaged (I-st group) and inside intraluminal administration of perftoran in 30 damaged (II-d group). The gravity of a trauma was categorized on scales ISS, TS, GCS, APACHE II, MODS. Acid-base balance, pH intramucosal, CaO2, CvO2, DO2, VO2 were studied. Hepatosplanchnic region was estimated clinically and by using FGDS, pathohistological and histochemical processes were studied in stomach mucosa. The combination of empirically reoxygenation of systemic effect, early enteral feeding, Н2-blockers with local intraluminal reoxygenation with perftoran promoted to level clinical developments gastrointestinal of failure in more short time; to an approaching рН intramucosal to physiological values; to downstroke of a lethality on via points on 14,64 %, on end-points on 7,02 % as contrasted to I-st group.
