The aim of the research: increase the effectiveness of the medical preventive measures by the pregnants and parturients with the pathology of the cervix of the uterus on the basis of choosing the factors of the risk of the progress of the process, study the features of the microecology and local immunity of the vagina.The made diagnosis stage by stage, the prognostication and worked out the medical - preventive complex allowed to decrease the number of the operative delivery in two times, favoured the regression of the preswelling changes on the cervix of the uterus in the postnatal period and decreased the percentage the number of the women that need the invasive cure of the cervix of uterus in the postnatal period.
