Almiz P. Catheter treatment of arrithymias associated with accessory pathways

In this study catheter treatment of arrhythmias associated with accessory pathways in a group of 349 patients was discussed. Catheter ablation of accessory pathways was successful in 98% of all cases. The use of topic diagnostic of manifested and concealed accessory pathways by means of only one criterion was shown. The rate success of catheter ablation in dependence of the correlation between amplitudes of atrial and ventricular electrograms and RF - current modes were studied. Original temperature mode of ablation in septal area preventive the development of AV - disfunchenses was invented. As a casuff of this study, a method which makes catheter ablation more effective and safer, was purposed
